An Air Amplifier or Air driven positive displacement pump doubles air or other gas pressure at point of use. Please select from either of the Air Amplifiers below...

Model AA-54 Air Amplifier has a maximum flow rate of 19 SCFM (538 lpm) with a maximum output pressure of 300 psi (20.4 bar). Adjusting the integrally mounted inlet drive pressure regulator controls output pressure.

Model AA-54 Air Amplifier

Model AA-160 Air Amplifier
has a maximum flow rate of 50 SCFM (1180 lpm) with a maximum output pressure of 300 psi. Adjusting the externally mounted inlet drive pressure regulator controls output pressure.

Model AA260 Air Amplifier

Both models are available with coded or non-coded air receivers. Standard options include Pump ON/OFF manual, solenoid or sequence valve, air inlet and outlet gages.

IDI Air Amplifiers have been field tested to have a service life in excess of 5 times of alternative devices.

For use as an air driven gas booster at ratio’s from 1:1 to 2:1:

The Air Amplifier can be configured to pressurize other gasses using compressed air as a drive source. The gas inlet can be anywhere from 0 to 150 psi (0 to 10 bar) to provide outlet pressures up to 300 psi. Drive air and boost are separate connections. Boosted pressure is the sum of the drive pressure and the inlet gas pressure.
