Multiple Clamp Circuit These pumps are in use at a major second tier automotive supplier as part of a multi-million dollar automation effort. Each of the seventy plus systems operates four sets of clamps independently. Each clamp set is actuated with the IDI DO3-PSV zero leak directional valve and operates at 3000 psi. Each uses a pump-mounted accumulator to damp pulsations. Pump mounted pressure transducers and solenoids were integrated into the elaborate SCADA control system.
